One sign of an anti-social personality is cruelty to animals. This certainly qualifies.
This sort of behavior is inexplicable to me. How the hell do you take a puppy and throw it off a cliff and laugh about it...on video. So much for standards of decency and intelligence in the Marines.
At least they were swift and certain in their punishment. Kudos for that.
